About Us
Our Mission
Guiding you to train safely and live with confidence
We help adults train safely, reduce pain, and rebuild confidence in their bodies through expert-led coaching and clinical support, offering a structured and supportive alternative to traditional gyms. Our mission is to guide those who feel unsure, injured, or frustrated, empowering them to stay strong, active, and independent for the long term.
Our Vision
A smarter approach to training and wellbeing
We aim to build a healthy, connected, and thriving community where training supports life, not the other way around, by transforming how people experience fitness. Through the integration of strength training, Clinical Pilates, and hands-on care in one welcoming place, we make progress sustainable, informed, and empowering at every stage of life.
We Start With Understanding
We Coach Every Session
We Build For the Long Term
Who is Duo Clinic for?
Duo Clinic is for adults who want to train safely, move better, and feel confident in their body. Many of our clients are over 40, returning after injury, or frustrated with gyms that did not offer enough guidance or care.
Do you work with people who have pain or injuries?
Yes. This is a core part of what we do. Training is adapted around back, knee, shoulder, and postural issues, with clinical insight guiding how sessions are planned and progressed.
How is Duo Clinic different from a regular gym?
We are not an open gym. All sessions are coached, structured, and capped at small numbers. Training, Clinical Pilates, and hands-on care work together so you are supported from multiple angles, not left to figure things out alone.
Who will I be training with?
You will train alongside a small group of people at a similar stage to you. Coaches actively guide every session, and programs are adjusted to suit individual needs within the group.
What if I feel nervous about starting?
That is completely normal. Most people come to us because they feel unsure or cautious. We take time to understand your concerns and guide you step by step so training feels manageable and safe from day one.
